Every project of qualifying size is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority before it is advertised or sold. The registration number for a specific project is shown with that project and in the material issued for it.

Verify it yourself on the authority's own website — maharera.maharashtra.gov.in — by searching the registration number rather than by following a link supplied with an advertisement. The register also carries the declared completion date, the sanctioned plan and the quarterly progress updates, all of which are worth more than a brochure.

Any date shown on this site for a project under construction is the current expectation and is not a commitment. The date the group is bound by is the completion date declared for that project on the RERA register and in your agreement.

Some projects are developed jointly with partners, including Godrej Properties and Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate. Where a project is a joint venture, the contracting entity for a purchase is the one named in the agreement for that project, which may not be Vakratunda Group.

Names and marks belonging to third parties are used on this site only to describe a factual relationship, and remain the property of their owners.
