How to raise a complaint about us, a project, or this website — who it goes to, and what happens after it is logged.
We would rather hear a complaint early and directly — trust is built by listening. This page sets out how to make one, who receives it, and the timeline you can hold us to.
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act or under any other law. You may take a complaint to the regulator at any point, including instead of using this procedure.
Write to rmo@vakratundagroup.com with "Grievance" in the subject line, or by post to the Grievance Officer at Vakratunda Group, 2505, Prestige Turf Towers, Turf Estate, 315, Shakti Mills Ln, Mahalakshmi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011, India.
Complaints are received by the group's Grievance Officer, who is responsible for acknowledging them, having them investigated, and replying to you.
⚠️ The officer's name is to be appointed and published here before this site goes live, as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Until then, correspondence addressed to the Grievance Officer at the address above reaches the office.
Ask for the matter to be escalated within the group, in writing, and it will be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original response.
You may also take a project complaint to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in, or to any other forum available to you under law. Using this procedure does not affect that right, and does not extend any limitation period that applies to it.
Complaints and their correspondence are retained for as long as the law requires and for as long as the matter or the project it concerns remains open. You may ask what is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected.
A complaint heard with care and answered with clarity builds trust for everybody — which is why this page is as specific as it is.
